Built over 40 years ago especially for the Virginia State Open Tournament, Prince George Golf Club is a lovely 18-hole course that proves a challenge for any golfer. Stretching 6,640 yards long from the back tees, the course features largely wide and straight fairways, with few water hazards but abundant sand traps to be wary of. Located about 10 miles southeast of Petersburg, the rather remote course offers great play for a very affordable price.
